Depending on the size of the data you requested, it may take your browser a while to 'download' the data. Netscape may sometimes appear to be hung up, IE handles these requests well. When the data is displayed in your browser (in an HTML table) you can save the data locally by choosing 'Save As' from your browser's 'File' menu, and save the file with a .xls extension. (e.g. MyOgcaData.xls) Then you can open the file with excel, and analyze the data further.
